Wild Mushroom
We recognize that guests with specialty diets need an exclusive spot where they can find a well balanced meal too. At Wild Mushroom, students will enjoy delicious options like red pepper and locally grown zucchini quiche, baked cutlets [seitan] with onions and herbed almond crumb stuffing, and desserts.

Basic Kneads
Choose from a pre-made or made-to-order, toasted or cold, your sandwich options are unlimited! Basic Kneads provides the ultimate bakery/café experience and features fresh home-made soups, chips and crudités!

Flying Star Diner
The Flying Star Diner offers hearty, freshly prepared breakfast selections at any time, day or night. It will serve up those traditional Houghton favorites like burgers and four-cheese grilled cheese as well as rotating freshly carved sandwiches such as Philly Steaks and New York Style Reuben’s!

Houghton Market
The Houghton Market features a well-stocked salad bar featuring fresh fruits daily and scrumptious desserts. The station will also feature made to order selections at each meal period. Check out the succulent shrimp and hand-rolled sushi. This station will bring action and culinary creativity out into the dining room!
